Paappan is an upcoming Indian Malayalam-language crime thriller film. Directed by Joshiy. Suresh Gopi plays the lead role, with Nyla Usha, Neeta Pillai, and Gokul Suresh playing supporting roles. David Kachappilly and Raaffi Mathirra collaborated on the film's production.Suresh Gopi's next film, 'Paappan,' will be his 252nd. Fans are anticipating the release of a new film by Suresh Gopi and Joshiy, the team behind such blockbusters as 'Lelam,' 'Vazhunnor,' and 'Pathram.' The film follows Abraham Mathew Mathan / Paappan, a voluntarily retired Crime Branch S.P. who is reluctantly restored to the force to investigate a long-running murder case. Suresh Gopi's son Gokul Suresh also is playing an important role in the film. It is for the first time Suresh Gopi and Gokul Suresh and acting together in a movie.
